How We Ship

We take great care in processing and shipping your order because it is important to us to maintain the quality and freshness of our products. All orders received on Wednesday and after will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. No weekend deliveries will be made. Each order is packed in an ample supply of dry ice in a reusable cooler to ensure freshness.

NOTE: Once a package is released by the Delivery company, we cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the contents.

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to make deliveries to P.O. Box addresses.
